Most visits will either be low or moderate complexity.

Allergy testing: each test $5 (the number of tests can be customized per patient)
          Our standard panel consists of 60 tests (this may be less depending on what season your symptoms are present.)   
          Food allergy testing has a number of different panels.         

Allergy Immunotherapy (allergy shots):  see patient education for explanation of allergy immunotherapy.
        Most patients require 1-2 vial(s) of extract.
        Build up phase:
                Each vial $100 +$180 shot administration fee (approx 10 shots)
        Maintenance phase:
                Vial (10 doses- one dose given every 1-3 weeks): $110 +$180 shot administration fee (10 shots)

(if more than one vial is needed then the administration fee is only $220 (not 2 times $180)

-Administration fee can also be paid at the time the shot is given: $18 for one shot or $22 for more than one.
     

Asthma evaluation/cough/recurrent wheezing:
        Spirometry- $37
        Some patients require testing pre and post use of a bronchodilator- $62

Oral challenge: $150
