Food Allergy Clinic TeamChad Walter Mayer, DO, FAAAAI, FAAP As a child I had significant food allergies that manifested as severe allergic nasal symptoms and associated sleep apnea and poor growth. I was diagnosed with a number of food allergies (milk, wheat plus at least 7-8 other) and avoided them for years.
Father of Fritz Walker Mayer. Interests outside of the medical field include: skiing, white water kayaking, working on cars/house/ect.
Eilene Practice Manager & Immunotherapy Director
Eilene
has over 17 years experience as a Medical Assistant & Receptionist,
12 of those in the allergy & asthma field. She has previous
experience in family practice, internal medicine field as well as
Gastroenterolology.
Lety
She is a Spanish native speaker with more than 15 years of
experience in the medical field. She has previously worked in the
fields of Internal and Occupational Medicine and in the Emergency
Room.
She performs allergy tests, breathing tests, administers vaccines,
and provides food allergy, asthma & anaphylaxis education and
completes school forms.
She volunteers in a free clinic and is a part time student. She
enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
